Do your own running shoes rating.  How to determine if your running shoes need to be replaced.

Are you thinking about ordering new running shoes, but just not sure if your old running shoes are worn out yet?  Here are some tips on how to do your own running shoes rating analysis on those old jogging shoes of yours.

Most experts agree that your running shoes should be replaced after 300-500 miles of use.  But there are other things you can do to monitor the condition of your favorite old sneakers.  Such as...

Give close attention to the ride in your old running shoes.  How does running feel to you?  Since worn out running shoes offer less shock absorption and support, you will notice the ride will change in your jogging shoes.

Do a visual inspection of the running shoes to see if they are still glued together correctly.  If the running shoes midsole is ripping apart from the uppers, then you know it's time for some new Nike trainers, or Adidas or New Balance or whatever your favorite brand is.
